When we look at Populus, we’re looking at flow with others. But given its energetically neutral effect, it really matters which flow one becomes part of that decides the outcome. At least for the individual. A new direction is clearly desired with Caput Draconis appearing three times, but the key here is found in Conjunctio and our alignment with others. Will that choice reflect the wisdom of Albus, or the the unstable effect of both Puer and Puella? Because that indicates short-sightedness in one’s perception which can ultimately lead to sadness (Tristitia) and loss (Amissio), particularly with both runes appearing twice in today’s reading. So, the question we must answer today is: in whose flow am I in? Empaths understand this to mean, whose flow of energy am I experiencing and accepting as my own? And are we really in control of the outcome, or is that outcome determined by an unseen hand? Or one that we’re ignoring?
