Magickal focus ~ Venus governs, compassion, love, harmony, attracting a partner, partnership issues, female sexuality, fertility, healing, friendship

  • Noon – strength, opportunity, success, protection, wealth
  • Sunset – letting go, release
  • Night – spirituality, aligning with Spirit, healing, dreamwork, visions

Favorable/Unfavorable for Magick ~ very bad – work magicks involving partnership issues including attracting a partner, healing wounds, and strengthening love and compassion. Include green or rose/pink candles on the altar and carve Mannaz into each one to bring integration to the relationship.

Rune Divination ~ Hagalaz, Algiz, and Fehu comprise today’s rune divination with casting intention that transforms its focus. As the witch rune and the Norn rune of the past, Hagalaz describes transformation within a fixed framework, in other words, witchcraft. We draw down Fire, Water, and Air with Algiz into our awareness to bring balanced energy to the casting. We also draw down Spirit into the working as well with the energy of Algiz. Fehu, in its capacity as the sending rune, draws our intention into a single energetic focus and with its utterance casts that intention to the universe. A sextile with Neptune counsels stepping outside your own focus and aligning with nature to balance your fear while a conjunct with Mercury suggests allowing your instincts guide your perceptions. Lastly, a conjunct between Lilith and Venus reinforces the aspect with Mercury by encouraging you to trust your instincts.

Node influences ~ N Node – Gemini; S Node – Sagittarius describes the need for self-control and a focus on a spiritual perspective. The challenge involves understanding the viewpoints of others as well as expressing your own in a helpful and respectful manner.

Retrograde ~ Juno – suggests a look inward in how you select, commit to, and interact with partners in your life; Pluto – inner transformation is favored.

Polarity – Masculine (11), Feminine (12) – polarities are in relative balance today

Elemental Influence ~ Air and Earth elements are having the strongest impact today suggesting intellectual and material concerns are in focus. Fire (will, creativity) and Water (emotions, empathy) are less of an influence and are in balance with each other.

Energetic Sign Quality/Mode ~ Fixed sign qualities are strongest suggesting stability and routine are favored today.

Rays ~ The 4th Ray influence involves mediation, balance, as well as trial and error. It continues its strong impact today and with the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Rays (love/wisdom, active intelligence, and concrete knowledge/science) next in strength, it suggests that we’re drawing information from a higher source with reasoned intelligence informing our interactions with others.

The 1st and 7th Rays are all having a lesser effect suggesting that manifesting what we want today may not depend upon self-assertion.

Finally, the 6th Ray of devotion and idealism signals the hold on ideology is remaining stable. That said, the stronger 2nd Ray effect should help keep any extreme 6th Ray expression in check.
