Favorable/Unfavorable for Magick ~ neutral – Pendulums provide a method of divination and with Mercury governing magick today, they’re a perfect way to achieve some clarity surrounding a problem or issue. Take a pendulum and establish your directions (yes, no, unclear) if you haven’t already done so. Form a question that involves today’s magickal focus and then observe the pendulum’s swing. In my case, a horizontal movement signals, yes, while a vertical swing indicates, no. If the pendulum swings in a circle, the answer is not yet clear and if it doesn’t move much at all (or at all) either the question isn’t right or no answer is possible at that time. Swings on the angles indicate movement in a particular direction, but nothing clear. Continue to ask the pendulum questions until you feel that you have gathered as much information as possible. Keep a journal of your pendulum work so that you can check back regarding its accuracy.
