But given Mercury’s retrograde influence, miscommunication may be the source and a frank conversation may be all that’s needed to clear up the situation.
Realize that confusion may be part of any retrograde influence and with so many planets in retrograde right now, you may need additional time to fully assess what’s happening. That’s why it’s best to observe what’s going on before pressing on or upending everything before knowing the truth.

Although you desire recognition for your contributions, and you possess the self-discipline to succeed, you may have difficulty dealing with unexpected challenges or a new direction. This is especially true if someone else is thwarting your progress in some manner. If you’re working in a group, someone else may be vying for position, and you may need to establish some additional boundaries.
Changes may need to be made that transform the dynamic and you may need to rely on your strong sense of timing for the best impact. But it’s clear that a new path could open if you let go of old paradigms or perceptions, and if you pursue harmony with others, a new level of clarity is possible.
