You may feel your ideas are unsupported which leaves you feeling insecure and unable to accomplish anything. However, the real issue here may surround your own perceptions instead of the attitude or behavior of others. It may be that your energy is so low that you’re creating the situation to validate your own beliefs. Take time to rebalance your emotions so that you can regain some clarity. In the end, you may find that your struggle is an internal one.

When that process is complete, you can sit in your own higher resonance until you feel refreshed and energetically complete.
