A farmer leans on his hoe, observing the growth of the vines in the 7 of Pentacles. Seven coins appear throughout the greenery as the farmer reflects on the season and whether or not he will have enough to carry the family through winter.

The 7 of Pentacles reflects the essence of Elemental Earth and has a numerology of seven, a number that suggests balance and observation. We also see fertility and growth but is it enough? Given its association with Saturn in Taurus, the 7 of Swords causes us to pause and reflect. Will the eventual harvest bring financial security or will one’s efforts be all in vain?

At the end of the day, patience is necessary to see the situation clearly and not give in to failure. And it will take an inner determination to rise above challenges and find a successful solution.
