The 9 of Pentacles - showing a woman of means walking in her garden with grape vines behind her. Her hand rests on a large coin while she looks at a hooded hawk sitting on her gloved left hand.

A woman of means walks in her garden with grape vines heavy with purple grapes climbing on a fence behind her. Her hand rests on a large coin while she looks at a hooded falcon sitting on her gloved left hand. Two trees appear behind her, one on each side of the card, while a castle sits off to her left. The woman’s robe is covered in flowers and a closer look shows a snail crawling on the ground.

The 9 of Pentacles reflects achievement and material security from a life well-lived and the enjoyment that security brings. It describes a settled life, gain, abundance, prudence, and legacy.

When the 9 of Pentacles appears in a reading it indicates success gained from working diligently and putting in effort.
