Essentially, today’s reading involves something new on the horizon, possibly work-related, where your intuition is informing your perceptions about it. Watching for synchronicities is essential, and remaining open to the possibilities that could be opening for you.
The overall numerology of five suggests both change and protection, as well as issues of freedom versus restriction. The Tower suggests that something unexpected might happen that invokes a rebalancing of sorts, or an awakening to a higher truth that may catalyze you or motivate you to make a change. The 8 of Pentacles describes an entrepreneur or craftsperson working his/her craft or trade in a solitary fashion, which could be suggesting that whatever awakening you’ve had may motivate you to go out on your own and start your own business. However, The Hierophant may be suggesting that you may also take on a role as a mentor, possibly with anyone you might need to hire if you do open your own business. The mentor role would happen if you decide to hire relatively inexperienced people, so you can train them in a way that preserves the control you want to have over the work product you offer to customers.
